Concept & Philosophy
“Hands represent the support for the spiritual burdens each of us bears, with each ‘Planet’ symbolizing a unique weight.”
The visual illusion suggests that the sculptural hands are physically supporting the entire weight of the artwork; in reality, they are calibrated and interlocked directly into the plexiglas plate, evoking the feeling of an impossible, floating suspension.
This symbolizes that the mind ultimately governs our lives, emphasizing that it is not physical strength but mental resilience that shapes our destiny.
